Heated conditioning cap is a microwave heating device. Made with Flaxseed. Place conditioning cap in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (microwaves very). Cap will produce gentle heat up to 20 to 35 mins. 

(RECOMMENDED) Apply your conditioner treatment, hair mask or hot oil treatment to hair. Put on a  disposable/non disposable shower cap on head before placing conditioning cap on head. This will keep cap from getting build up of products on it.

Cap is machine washable or by hand. Allow Cap to Air Dry
